Several STOBER trainees are appointed as training ambassadors in different schools. They provide students who have one or two years left before leaving school direct insights in their interesting training professions of industrial clerks and industrial mechanics. The coverage of schools with training ambassadors is managed extensively and systematically by the IHK.
The aim of this project is to inspire young people with a good school-leaving diploma to train after school time. On the other hand, less successful students should be shown a way into training. This should also help reducing the proportion of early school leavers.
