Apprenticeship as a
Management Assistant for Digitalization (m/f/d)
What do management assistants for digitalization do?
Management assistants for digitalization bridge two worlds: IT and business. They analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and implement IT solutions that make everyday work more efficient. In doing so, they work closely with different departments and serve as the link between users, IT service providers, and management.
Typical tasks in the professional day-to-day:
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes
- Implementing and maintaining new IT systems
- Supporting the digitalization of internal workflows
- Working on projects related to IT strategy and security
- Managing data and ensuring data protection compliance
- Advising departments on digital solutions
During your apprenticeship with us, you’ll be involved right from the start — with real tasks, exciting projects, and plenty of room for your ideas. Experienced colleagues will be by your side, sharing their knowledge and supporting you whenever you need it. Step by step, you’ll grow into your profession — both professionally and personally.
Every experience helps you grow.
“No one expects you to know everything from the start – what matters is your willingness to learn, contribute, and grow together. Challenges often lead to the most valuable experiences – and to moments you’ll always look back on with a smile.”
– Carolin Eckert, Trainer
